These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Gaff Barber Shop website at www.thegaff.co.za and the online booking services we provide. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• All bookings are requests until confirmed by a barber. You will receive an email notification once your booking is confirmed or declined.
• We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation of your slot.

• You may cancel your booking at any time using the cancellation link provided in your confirmation email.
• We ask that you cancel at least 2 hours before your appointment out of respect for your barber's time.
• Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in your ability to book online being suspended.
• The Gaff reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, or public holidays. We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.

• Prices displayed on the website are indicative and subject to change without notice.
• Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking based on the services selected.
• Payment is made in-store after your service. We currently do not process payments online.
• Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).

• You are responsible for providing accurate contact information (name, phone number, email) when booking.
• Please inform your barber of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities before your service begins.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent booking information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
• Interfere with the proper working of our website or booking system.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of The Gaff Barber Shop or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

The Gaff Barber Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
